Good day,
I am looking for a new helper that can fit our lifestyle.
We are a family of two: Busy mom and a 12yo daughter.
I am busy most of the time working. And I need a helper that will focus on my 12yo daughter’s homemade meals and stay with her while I am busy in the office.
My top priority is a helper who I can trust at home, kind, caring, and respectful to me and my daughter.
Our current helper is already old and wants to retire and go back to Philippines.

Arrangement:
My daughter stays with me every other week. She stays with her dad every other week.
So in effect, the helper will only need to take care of my daughter every other week.
The rest of the month she needs to only cook for my dinner and keep the house clean. My boyfriend also stays with me most of the days.
