Canadian family looking for second helper

2nd helper Role:About Us: Canadian family. 2 adults and 10 month old baby girl. We often have family from Canada stay with us as well. The job: This role is part of a 2 helper team that ensures our house runs smoothly. Our current helper is from the Philippines and her primary focus is caring for our very active 10 month old. It is important to us that our house is a positive, drama free space. We do not micromanage, and expect our helpers to manage their time. Our house runs on a Google calendar. All meals, deliveries, travel and infant activities can be found on the calendar.Primary responsibilities:- Cleaning: 3 storey condo. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom. Must be okay to do stairs. - Laundry & ironing - Cooking: primarily western- Grocery shopping: weekly trips to the large local grocery store. Heavy and large items are ordered to the house. Meat is delivered to the house. Receipts to be provided. Secondary responsibilities:- Assist with our 10 month old daughter when the other helper is off. Occasional weekday help if needed (so other helper can have bathroom breaks, etc) Lodging:- shared room (bunk beds) and bathroom with other helper- Food: you eat what we eat or add your preferred items to the grocery list. Compensation:- $650 - $750 SGD depending on experience - Saturday’s off. May be occasionally asked to work on Saturday and will be paid for the day.- Bonuses and raises based on performance - Cell phone planNote to Agency: We are unable to give public holidays off as we do not observe the Singapore calendar (international work). We give raises for performance with us - not for transferring. If you earned $700 at your last job, your starting salary with us is $700. Requirements:- Experience as a helper is necessary. Experience in Singapore an asset- Intermediate level English (spoken, reading & writing)- All religions welcome. We are happy to accommodate our helpers attending evening religious services if calendars allow
