Caring Helper for My Mum — Heart & Hands Required

Roles & Responsibilities Personal Care • Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing • Help with toileting and incontinence care if needed • Ensure Mum is comfortable and clean at all times Meals & Nutrition • Prepare halal, simple, nutritious meals suited to her dietary needs • Ensure she eats and drinks adequately throughout the day • Assist with feeding if required Mobility & Safety • Assist with walking, transferring (bed to chair, etc.) • Accompany her on short outings or medical appointments • Ensure home environment is safe and hazard-free Health Monitoring • Administer medication on time as prescribed • Monitor and record basic health signs if needed • Alert family members of any changes in condition Companionship • Engage Mum in light conversation and daily activities • Provide emotional support and a reassuring presence • Keep her mentally stimulated and socially engaged Household Duties • Keep the house clean and tidy • Laundry and change bedlinen regularly • Light housekeeping related to her care
