Chinese and western family looking for a helper

we are family of 3, greek dad, chinese mum, and 4 yo girl;

parents are both working, kid is full day schooling;

we are expecting a new born in July 2026;

we live in a 3B3B condo, helper has seperate room.

we are looking for someone who is good with kids, outgoing and patient, willing to arrange activities for our kid after school. meanwhile performing high quality housework, do daily cooking, good at communication and can feed back of the kid's behaviour of the day.

I only want local transfer.
