Chinese Elderly Woman Looking for Helper

I'm looking for a helper to look after my mother (65 yo) living alone, and her 2 pet cats. Need the helper to cook vegetarian meals, clean the house (3 room HDB), take care of the 2 cats, and accompany my mother to medical appointments.

The helper preferably needs to be young and healthy, stable mindset and positive attitude, hardworking and willing to learn, loves animals and good with elderly. Must be proactive and takes initiative.
