Caregiver Job Description

I am looking for a dedicated helper for my special needs daughter (25 years old).

She has anxiety and anger management issues, so we are seeking someone who is:

Calm, patient, and understanding,

Experienced or willing to learn how to guide her through structured daily routines,

Able to encourage good habits and positive behaviour, and

Willing to be a consistent and gentle presence in her life.

We live in a 3-storey landed home with 5 adults and another helper already in the house. We also have pets — a dog, a cat, and 2 rabbits — so comfort around animals is important.

Your main responsibility will be:

Supporting and engaging my daughter in meaningful, structured activities,

Helping her manage her daily chores and personal space (e.g., tidying her room),

Assisting in developing her.

Participating in light household tasks related to her.
