Domestic Helper Needed – Elderly Care (Post-Hospital Care)

Looking for an experienced domestic helper to care for my elderly mother after hospital discharge.

Main duties:

- Assist with personal hygiene (cleaning, changing, toileting)

- Help with mobility and transfers (bed ↔ chair)

-Assist with simple exercises / physiotherapy as instructed

- Monitor comfort and basic needs

- Light household cleaning related to patient care

Requirements:

- Experience in elderly / bedridden patient care

- Gentle, patient, and physically fit

- Able to follow instructions from family / therapist

- Previous hospital or home-care experience preferred
