Chinese family looking for second helper

We are a warm family of five, with a wonderful helper who has been with us and is renewing her contract for another two years. While we may not be a wealthy family, we deeply value respect and kindness, treating our helpers as part of our family.

Our family includes three children:

A 9-year-old girl with mild autism who attends Primary school and student care. She is cheerful, active, and a burst of sunshine. She sometimes needs gentle reminders to stay on track and connect her emotions to her actions, but she is otherwise independent and full of energy.Two boys, aged 5 and 6, who are in preschool.Due to the children’s different schedules, we’re looking for a second helper to assist in managing daily tasks and creating a positive, loving environment for our kids.

We’re seeking someone who is:

Kind, hardworking, and easy-going.Genuinely loves kids and enjoys spending time with them.We live in a 4-room HDB flat and can offer:

2 Sundays off per month.No WiFi restrictions, although we kindly request limited phone use when with the children, especially outside the home.A shared room with our current helper.Key responsibilities include:

Cooking, cleaning, and caring for the pets.Fetching the children from school.Arranging activities, reading to them, and playing with them.Our ideal candidate:

Is already in Singapore.Has good references from their current or previous employer(s) (optional).Salary: $650 - $750, depending on experience.
