Chinese family looking for transfer helper

Hi, we are looking for a transfer helper :)!

A bit about our family and job requirement:

• My husband and I work full time and we have a 5-year-old toddler who goes to a full day school
• Living in a condo (around 1500 sf) around the Bukit Timah area; we have a bomb shelter for the helper (with a window just outside the room) and a separate bathroom both of which are located behind the kitchen (so you will have your own privacy after work)
• We are looking for a transfer helper who can help send/ pick up our kid from school, simple marketing (usually once a week), simple cooking (we usually eat dinner at home 3-4 days per week), cleaning, laundry (will need to hand wash our kid's clothes) and ironing; NO car wash
• Your day will usually start at around 6:30am and will end around 9pm
• 2 Sundays off per month; but can negotiate

We are seeking for someone with the below experience/ qualities:

• Good English
• At least 3 years of experience in taking care of kids
• Patient, caring and interested in kids - our kid is very active so we will need someone who is engaging and energetic!
• Cheerful and positive personality
• Good time management skills - you will be at home alone most of the time so you will have the whole day to complete all the household chores
• Clean and tidy - we are quite particular with how things should be cleaned but we will share our preferences and feedback
