Chinese family of 3 looking for experienced reliable helper

We are a warm and welcoming Chinese household of three adults living in a cozy two-and-a-half-storey home, complete with a delightful small garden. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and trustworthy Domestic Helper who is energetic, eager to learn, and genuinely helpful.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, neat, and organized, with strong communication skills in English. It is essential that you demonstrate initiative and possess personal qualities such as flexibility, a commitment to cleanliness, and meticulous attention to hygiene. A genuine passion for and experience in caring for flowers and plants will be especially valued in our home.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare a delightful variety of meals, including Chinese, Asian, Italian, Thai, Nonya, and Western dishes, and be a quick learner for specialty recipes taught by Madam.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting home environment.
• Wash and maintain our two family cars twice a week, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition.
• Accompany the family for wet marketing and grocery shopping once a week, assisting with selections and purchases.
• Conduct thorough household cleaning on a weekly basis, following a self-established schedule in accordance with Madam's instructions.
• Manage laundry responsibilities, including machine and hand washing, as well as ironing clothes on alternating days; change bedsheets and bed linens twice a month or as needed.
• Maintain daily cleaning routines throughout the home, with a particular focus on ensuring the kitchen—utensils, pots, pans, woks, and surfaces, including the kitchen floor, sink, stove, and three bathrooms—are kept clean and hygienic.
• Engage in regular garden upkeep, which includes daily watering, weekly fertilizing, and repotting plants as necessary.
• Assist with various tasks as needed, such as organizing tea products and other household items upon delivery, as well as performing handyman tasks when required.
