- How many bedrooms and toilets: 3 BDRMs, 2 bathrooms

- How many people in the house: 5

- Adults: Ah Ma, Sir and Mdm

- Children Age(s): 11, 6

- Main duties: general household chores including cooking (prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner) cleaning, ironing, child-minding after school, marketing, will be good if helper enjoys cooking and can do meal planning

- prefer someone who can read, write and speak English for ease of communicationl

- Any pets: no

- Any car to wash: yes

- Any gardening: no

- Any cctv in the house: yes

- Is the helper have her own room to sleep with: She will have her own personal space, behind the kitchen, where my dryer and washing machine are. Fully ventilated with windows and door can be closed when helper sleeps. In the day, the space is fully accessible by anyone and the door is to stay open.

- We will need someone who is able to work under the guidance of grandma (listen and respect grandma). Eventually helper is expected to be well-acquainted with the household, schedule and chores, and work independently.
