Chinese/Turkish Family looking for helper

We are looking for a responsible, capable Indonesian helper to support our household and care for our toddler. This role requires good judgment and time management — MUST be able to work independently. Balancing childcare, household chores, cooking, and occasional night support. Main Responsibilities • Care for toddler: safety, supervision, feeding, play, daily routine • Be with the child when the child is awake, while managing light tasks • Household chores: cleaning, laundry, tidying • Cook dinner daily and simple meals as needed • Grocery shopping and marketing independently • Occasional night duty when required (not every night) Work Expectations (Important) • When the child is awake, child safety and supervision come first • Helper should manage simple chores while staying near the child • Heavier chores to be done when the child is sleeping or resting • Kitchen work should not result in the child being isolated behind a gate • Helper is expected to plan her day independently without constant instructions • Night duty will be communicated clearly and shared reasonably Requirements • Experience with baby/toddler care • Able to manage household chores and cooking independently • Comfortable with occasional night duty • Good time management and initiative • Patient, calm, and safety-aware • Willing to follow routines and instructions • Open to feedback and communication What We Offer • Respectful employer • Clear expectations and structure • Long-term employment for the right helper To Apply Please share: 1.
