College Degree / Proactive Helper for a Family of Three

Job Details:

- Location: Singapore

- Type of residence: Apartment (approximately 2,700 square feet / 4 bedrooms + 1 maid's room + 5 bathrooms)

- Family Members: 2 adults + 1 child (5-year-old girl). No elderly, no pets.

- Days Off: Two Sundays off per month (if working on Sunday, appropriate compensation will be provided).

- Accommodation: Independent maid's room provided. (Note: You are required to sleep in a separate bed in the girl's bedroom to accompany her at night).

Main Responsibilities:

1. Self-management and scheduling: Able to create, organize, and execute daily and weekly housekeeping plans according to family routines without constant supervision.

2. Housekeeping and organization: Responsible for deep cleaning, daily maintenance, laundry, and ironing for approximately 2,700 square feet apartment. Requires extreme attention to detail and strict adherence to hygiene standards.

3. Cooking: Responsible for daily meal preparation. Must be enthusiastic and proactive in learning new dishes, including referencing YouTube tutorials or recipes provided by the employer.

4. Childcare:

- Assist the 5-year-old girl with morning and evening routines and bedtime preparation (washing face, brushing teeth, changing clothes, etc.).

- Accompany as necessary to weekend classes/activities or outings.

- Provide appropriate care and companionship during weekends or school holidays.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

- Education and Language: Associate degree or bachelor’s degree required. Fluent and clear spoken English is a must.

- Work experience background: No specific background required. Candidates with work experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, the Middle East, or the Philippines are welcome, as well as inexperienced newcomers (as long as they meet the qualification standards).

- Self-management and time management: High degree of autonomy required. Should proactively plan work, efficiently prioritize tasks, and be accountable for personal workflow.

- Personal hygiene and appearance (fragrance-free policy):

- Maintain extremely high personal hygiene standards and neat appearance (hair must be tied back neatly during working hours).

- Prohibited from using perfumes, scented lotions, or strongly scented laundry detergents/laundry pods during working days. This household implements a “fragrance-free” environment policy. - Work attitude and standards (strict requirements):

- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation: We value assistants who have intrinsic motivation and take pride in their work; we do not wish to hire individuals who need constant supervision or micromanagement.

- Mental resilience and positive attitude: Must maintain an open mindset, be humble in accepting constructive feedback, and quickly adjust working methods based on instructions.

- Absolutely no tolerance for “negative work behavior”: Negative confrontational behavior, or showing fatigue, lack of interest during work hours is strictly prohibited.

- Mobile phone usage policy: Mobile phones are only allowed during designated daily break periods or after work (prohibited during work hours).
