Domestic Helper – Scope of Work & Requirements

Family Profile

- Family of 3 members: 2 adults and 1 child (9 years old).

Primary Responsibilities

- The main responsibility is to care for our 9-year-old son, who has ADHD and CML. His medical condition is stable, well-controlled, and he takes his medication regularly. He attends school and is able to carry out normal daily activities like other children.

- Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for him.

- Assist with his daily routine, including meal preparation, school-related needs, medication reminders (when required), and accompanying him to appointments if necessary.

Secondary Responsibilities

- General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, tidy, and hygienic home.

- Grocery shopping and marketing.

- Cooking nutritious meals for the family.

- Laundry, ironing, and other general household chores.

- Any other reasonable household duties related to the family's daily needs.

Requirements

We are looking for a helper who is:

- Proactive and able to take initiative without constant supervision.

- Willing to speak up, ask questions, and communicate openly whenever unsure.

- Caring, patient, and responsible, especially when looking after a child.

- Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.

- Able to maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness in the home.

- Organised and capable of managing daily household responsibilities efficiently.

- Positive, respectful, and willing to learn.
