Domestic Helper (Maid) Wanted – Singapore

Type: Full-time, Live-in

Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

We are a small family in Singapore looking for a smart, healthy, and reliable domestic helper who can work independently with little supervision and communicate well.

Job Scope

• General house cleaning, laundry, ironing

• Cooking daily home-style meals (able to follow recipes)

• Grocery shopping / market runs

• Childcare for a 5-year-old, including:

  • Fetching and sending to kindergarten

  • Helping child transition to sleeping alone (accompany when needed)

  • Taking care and sleep with the kid if necessary ( if he is scared or sick)

  • Reading stories, simple teaching activities

  • Playing, swimming, or engaging the child when he is bored

  • Accompany him to play outside or go to enrichment class (if need to take bus or train, transporation fee will be provided by employer)

• Maintain basic household safety and hygiene

Requirements

• Healthy, strong, energetic

• Able to understand instructions and perform well

• Good communication skills

• Patient, caring, respect and responsible with children

• Basic safety knowledge

• Language: Preferably Chinese; Good English acceptable

Preferred

• Experience in childcare

• Able to manage work with minimal supervision

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ex-employer referral letter / message/ phone call recommendation
