Dutch/Australian Family looking for Helper

Hi! We’re Victor and Rosa — a Dutch/Australian couple living on Singapore’s east coast. A few weeks ago our little girl Bella arrived and we’re now looking for the right helper to join us on this adventure and genuinely become part of Bella’s daily life.

The most important thing to us? Communication and independence. We want someone we can talk to openly, who understands what we need without us having to spell out every little thing, and who takes initiative to make our home run smoothly.

👶 The Role•⁠ ⁠Primary focus: caring for Bella with love and hands-on experience•⁠ ⁠General housekeeping and cooking•⁠ ⁠Being a proactive, reliable presence in our household

✅ What We’re Looking For•⁠ ⁠Real hands-on experience with babies — this is a must•⁠ ⁠Fluent English speaker — we need clear, comfortable communication every day•⁠ ⁠Independent and proactive — you see what needs doing and you do it•⁠ ⁠Warm, caring, and genuinely invested in Bella’s wellbeing•⁠ ⁠Strong general housework and cooking skills
