Dutch-Portuguese family looking for a wonderful helper

Hi! We are a Dutch-Portuguese family looking for a warm, trustworthy, energetic, and communicative new helper. I, Mirte, am Dutch and have been living in Singapore for 11 years. My three kids (5, 7 and 9) are with us every other week. My partner, Pedro, is Portuguese and has been in Singapore for six years. His 5-year old son stays with us one weekend every 14 days. I am the CEO of a nonprofit organisation, working (very) full-time, but mostly from home. Pedro is more flexible, and also works from home a lot. All three kids go to UWC with the schoolbus. They have sports classes and play dates in the weekend. Pedro loves cooking and likes things to be clean, especially in the kitchen. I can't cook and am not a picky eater 🙃 although we are a vegetarian family. Being able to follow recipes would be necessary, actually enjoying to cook and learn more would bring a lot of joy to the family.

For me, communication is everything. We have a dynamic household and there is always a lot going on. We're looking for someone sharp and with a positive state of mind. Someone who is pro-active and thinks for herself. We'll offer a respectful, joyful environment, with high levels of trust. Above all, we're looking for someone who can bond with the kids and genuinely loves to interact with them through play, arts, and activities.
