Easy-going family looking for second helper for our twins

Hi! We are looking for a helper to join our  family. We are a family or 4 (2 adults and 4-month old twins girls).

We currently have one 30-year old live-in helper from the Phillipines who helps us with taking care of our twins and does most of the housework. With twins, there always has to be 2 people at home,  and my wife and I are finding it very difficult to work because we are spending so much time taking care of our babies, so we need a second helper to ease the load off of everyone. You‘re main responsibilities will be helper with the babies and cooking for our family.

The ideal helper for our family is someone who will:

• Help us with our newborns (together with our other helper).
• Be respectful to everyone (including our other helper)
• Have a good attitude about working and taking care of our babies
• Can cook and follow recipes 
• English Speaking and listens to our instructions properly
• Has experience with kids and also experience in Singapore
• Can be an independent thinker and follow instructions 
• Help with errands if needed

A little bit about us:

• I am Singaporean-Indian but I grew up in USA. My wife is Thai. We are very modern and easy-going people. 
• We live in a condo in the east area near Paya Lebar.
• No pets
• We are an active couple, we exercise regularly and have a healthy lifestyle but have not had any time to do so since the babies came.
• We care a lot about your attitude when working. A good and positive attitude means a lot to us.
