Eurasian family looking for a caregiver for their Dad

We are looking for a kind and responsible helper to look after our elderly dad, who is 95 years old with moderate dementia. He is wheelchair-bound but can still communicate and eat on his own. He has a gentle, easygoing personality. The main duties include assisting him with showering, walking support, eating, medication dispensing, and daily food preparation. We are seeking someone patient, trustworthy, and experienced in elderly care, who can provide attentive support and companionship in a respectful, dignified manner.
