European-Asian Fam looking for a trustworthy Filipino helper

We're European-Asian Family of 3, soon to be 4. Our son is 6 year old and will start Primary next year. We are looking for someone honest and trustworthy to join our family by October. 31, 2025 You must be patient and good in taking care of a child and at the same time can manage house works in minimal supervision. We prefer someone who wants to join long term. We are looking for a direct hire.

Our current lovely helper will go back for good but will have 2 weeks together with you to guide and transition all the works & routine. Thats why mid October is a must as she will need to head back home by end of October.

Key Requirements:

• Has experience taking care of children
• Has good proper hygiene
• Has own initiative to keep home in order as we prefer not to micromanage
• Has good references from previous employer, preferred if you finished more than 2 contracts with same employer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Priority - Must be caring and patient and has impeccable hygiene as youll help taking care of our 6 yr old boy (food, bath, playtime, send & pickup from nearby school/ classes) and assist  / help only mommy with the newborn as she will be the main carer. Parents settles kids to sleep

 

• Household chores - knows how to keep home tidy and in order (cleaning, laundry, ironing, etc)

 

• Cooking - Must know how to cook and knows proper food preparation and handling. Can follow recipes.

 

• Meal Planning & Grocery shopping - Must be able to plan meals and go to nearby / market to buy fresh items on a weekly basis. Other heavy items boughts online.

Salary: $700 - 800 depends on your experience
