Expat family seeking kind hearted, long term helper

We're an American / Australian Chinese family with 2 kids - a 4 year old and 5 year old, living in the East Coast, looking for a 2nd helper.

Your main responsibilities will be: • Taking care of our 4 year old, bringing him to the bus-stop / playdates / classes • Basic household chores - cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing, maintaining the household (split with our other helper) You will get: • above min. salary (depending on experience & reference), food allowance, 13th month bonus • A shared room & bathroom with our other helper who is very nice • At least 1 flight home per year • Sundays & holidays off We're looking for someone who is: • Kind and trustworthy • Have experience looking after toddlers, and enjoy playing children • Happy to come to 1 or 2 oversea trips with us per year • Looking for a long term family • Finished contract and have a contactable reference from previous employer
