Helper with Infant Care Experience

We are a family of 2 adults + 1 baby (under 1 year old) in Singapore, looking for an experienced, trustworthy and independent helper for infant care + household management.

Baby Care

• Must have genuine hands-on experience caring for infants/babies below 1 year old
• Comfortable handling baby independently when parents are working, WFH or out
• Feeding, bathing, diaper changing, play, naps and bedtime routine
• Preparing/cleaning bottles and baby feeding equipment
• Baby laundry, toys, stroller, car seat and other baby items
• Maintaining good hygiene and safety standards
• Gentle, patient and genuinely enjoys interacting with babies

Household Management

• Daily cleaning, laundry, ironing and household organisation
• Follow a structured weekly schedule with scheduled deep-cleaning duties
• Cleaning SOPs/checklists are provided
• Must be thorough and able to clean beyond basic visible surfaces
• Able to manage household duties independently and report accurately when tasks are completed

Cooking

• Prepare daily family meals
• Able to cook Chinese and Western dishes
• Comfortable following recipes and learning new dishes
• Good kitchen and food-hygiene practices
• Assist with grocery planning and keeping track of household food supplies

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced with infant care
• Able to work independently
• Consistent and thorough with housekeeping
• Able to follow schedules, SOPs and checklists
• Honest and accurate when reporting completed work
• Organised and proactive
• Willing to communicate and ask when unsure
• Careful with household furniture, appliances and belongings
• Comfortable cooking and following recipes
• Preferably has good references and stable previous employment

We provide clear instructions and routines. We are looking for someone who can become a reliable long-term member of the household while maintaining professional, open communication.
