Expat family looking for helper

We are an expat family living in a duplex near Tanglin with a child of 7 year old and no pets. We are looking for full time Live in helper to start around mid May . Main duties:

- Household chores : Cleaning, ironing, laundry, grocery shopping and cooking.
-  Some child minding duties ( pick up and drop off from school bus , getting my child ready for school in the morning and also for bed time)

We are looking for somebody ideally between 30-42 years old , with experience cleaning a big place and a good sense of hygiene and detailed oriented in her cleaning. Also looking for someone who can follow directions but also have basic common sense and can take initiatives on her own. She should be  hard working, reliable, and trustworthy. She should have a positive attitude, willing to learn and should be able to accept criticisms. Good level of English is required to facilitate communication.

Helper will have her own spacious room with aircon and her own bathroom . Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Food allowance provided . Annual bonus related to performance. Sunday off. 

Being able to provide a referral from previous employers is a MUST. Ideally i should be able to contact the one of the previous employers. No Staying out allowed.
