Experienced Helper to Care for Newborn Baby (Singapore)

We are a family in Singapore looking for a responsible and experienced helper to help care for our newborn baby.

Main Duties

• Daily newborn care (feeding, bathing, diaper changing, soothing, sleep routines)

• Keeping baby items clean; washing and sterilising bottles

• Household chores and cooking (or willingness to learn)

Requirements

• Experience caring for newborns or infants

• Patient, calm, and genuinely enjoys caring for babies

• Able to follow routines and instructions

• Honest and hardworking; reasonable phone use during work hours

• Comfortable living and working in a home with a baby(This role involves active baby care)

Working Conditions

• Baby care is the priority

• Long-term employment preferred if performance is good

ImportantPlease apply only if you are comfortable and confident caring for a baby independently.This role may not be suitable for those seeking very light duties.

Salary & Rest

• Salary: Based on experience

• Rest days: As per MOM regulations (open for discussion)

Sleeping arrangement:The helper will share the master bedroom with me and the baby (baby sleeps in a cot). The helper will sleep on a mattress or foldable bed. My husband sleeps in a separate room.
