Experienced Helper Wanted – Strong Focus on Cooking

We are a warm and respectful Western family of four (two working parents and two children aged 3 and 7) living in central Singapore.

We are looking for a kind, joyful, and reliable helper to join our home on a long-term basis. We already have an existing helper (Christian Filipino), and this role will be more focused on cooking and kitchen management, while still supporting with the children and general household needs when required. We value initiative, positivity, and someone who genuinely enjoys both cooking and being around children. Our goal is to create a happy, well-run household built on mutual respect and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead on preparing daily meals for the family (must genuinely enjoy cooking and be confident following recipes)
• Plan weekly meals, manage grocery shopping, and maintain kitchen supplies
• Assist with caring for our two children (both attend full-day school), including school drop-offs and pick-ups when required
• Accompany them to enrichment classes and supervise playdates when needed
• Support general household cleaning and organisation alongside our existing helper
• Provide additional support with the children when needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Already based in Singapore
• Strong interest and experience in cooking; able to follow recipes quickly and accurately
• Enjoys working with young children
• A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable planning meals and managing groceries
• Responsible, proactive, and reliable
• Prior experience working with families and young children
• Christian
• No tattoos
