Experienced helper with Strong Household Management Skills

We are a family of 4 with two children, aged 4 and 6, looking for an experienced, independent and positive helper who genuinely enjoys children and takes pride in managing a household well.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has preferably worked 4+ years with the same employer (local chinese family) in Singapore, with a good employment record/reference

• Speaks and understands English well and communicates clearly

• Is independent and proactive — able to observe, think ahead, prioritise and solve simple problems without always waiting for instructions

• Genuinely loves children and is kind, patient, alert and quick-thinking

• Is highly organised, detailed and efficient, with good time management and ability to multitask

• Can independently manage meal planning, cooking, groceries and household inventory, and is willing to learn/adapt recipes

• Has a growth mindset — willing to learn, adaptable and able to receive constructive feedback positively and improve
