Family (4 kids) looking for second helper for childcare

Swiss - Chinese family with 3 children (7,5,2) and fourth child on the way.  Both parents work full-time.  All three children attend school or day-care.  We already have a Filipino helper and are looking for a second helper for childcare of the older two children, marketing and cooking.  Our current helper will take care of the toddler and new baby, washing and housework.  

We primarily look for someone who is caring and patient with children.  We hope to find someone who is reliable and can work well together with the parents and other helper to support the care of our children and run our large and lively household.

Duties and Expectations

• pick-up and drop-offs to school and extra-curricular activities of the kids, accompany to playground after school, etc.
• marketing of fresh groceries, once or twice a week
• cooking dinner (western or asian food, we are flexible)
• must work on Sunday, PH when our other helper is off (can either give equivalent days off in lieu during the week, or pay out)

Offer

• own room + shared bathroom with other helper
• one trip home a year
• salary negotiable depending on experience
