Family looking for helper as team mate to work together

We are a Singaporean couple looking for a caring, honest, and trustworthy helper to join our family long-term. With a baby under one year old and an old dog, we need someone who can balance responsibilities with care and diligence. The main duties include baby care (but we are very involved parents so good communication and working together is required), cooking healthy meals (familiarity with basic Indian and Asian dishes is a plus), general housework, preparing grocery lists, and providing basic pet care.
