Family of 3 children ( 15,14,11) needs help

My family is looking for a helper for our home in Somerset. Need help especially with organising and  cleaning house and preparing food for my children's meals preferably healthy food. Suitable candidate should be very organised themselves and have a standard of cleanliness they will maintain. Suitable candidate also need to be patient and willing to help and love kids and dogs ( we have a golden doodle that needs walking and showers ) . Helper needs to be mature and independent and easily contactable . Able to take stressful situations where she might need to multitask as both parents are at work . We have a grandfather who will stay with us every two weeks (2 weeks us and 2 weeks another place ) . He will have his own helper but I expect our helper to show willingness to jump in if needed . Grandfather is healthy and walks on his own but has dementia .
