Family of 3 looking for helper good with kids

We are a family of three - 2 adults and 1 eight-year old girl. Our helper of 6 years is returning to the Philippines in Nov. We are looking for a replacement. The primary duty of the helper will be to taking care of our daughter (engage her at home, organize playdates, prepare her for school, help her with her homework), housekeeping, and light cooking. The madam of the household will be cooking meals most of the time. We will be sharing our food with our helper for most meals.
