Family of 3 with 2yrs old baby living in New house, own room

Hi helpers,

Am looking for a transfer helper, no agency to start soon in june

We are a chinese family of 3 with a daughter of 2 years old moving into a new bto 4 room flat end may. Will need helper who are

1. Good with taking care of kids and love children. Daughter will be in childcare in the day on weekdays and if sick will need your help to take care . Taking care of child is priority and will need your help to pick up and drop off child at day care. Daughter is sleeping with us and at times when we come home late from work would need your help to put her to sleep etc.
2. Sunday off, bday off and religious pH off. 
3. Basic household chores including light cooking and grocery shopping, keeping home clean and tidy etc. Prefer helper who are independent and require minimal supervision as we belive trust is important between us
4. You will have your own private room with window and eat what we eat etc; we believe by treating you well, you will treat us well in return
5. transfer paper ready and will need reference from your current employee
6. Prefer helper with experience and able to understand basic English or Chinese.
