Family with 2 kids looking for independent & caring helper

We are a French/Spanish family with two children (9 and 6). Both parents work long hours and travel frequently — we need someone who can run the household independently without being asked.The role includes: cooking healthy meals daily, cleaning and laundry, managing kids' pre/post school, and being proactive about the house — noticing what needs doing and doing it.We value initiative, calm, and common sense above everything. The children are wonderful but need structure and consistency. No sugar, no screens.We have a live-in room and private bathroom. Sundays off.
