Family with 2 young children looking for helper - Clementi

We are an Asian American family of four with two young kids who both attend school full-time. We live in a condo near Clementi MRT station. We are looking for an adaptable, hardworking, kind, and highly organized helper who can integrate into our family to become a valued part of our daily lives.

What is Most Important to Us:

• A Love for Kids: We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with kids but understands how to be an authority figure when needed. It's important to us that you can build a fun-loving relationship with our little ones while successfully holding boundaries and guiding them to make good choices.

• Healthy Cooking: We’re looking for someone who can prepare delicious, healthy meals covering both Asian and Western cuisines and can follow recipes.

• An Organized Home: Someone who can keep our home thoroughly clean and organized. A representation of the standard of your work to us and anyone who visits our home.

Daily Life:

• Our Daily Routine: Our schedule revolves around the kids' school routine, starting at 6:30 AM to help prepare breakfast and snack boxes, send them off to school, marketing, cleaning, cooking, school pickup, and completing after dinner clean up.

• We are looking for someone who is adaptable outside of the home as we may need you to travel with us on these trips, which will involve sharing a room with the children as well as minding them throughout the day.

What We Offer in Return:

• Salary: Dependent on your experience. For us, finding the right fit for our family is what matters most, and we are very happy to negotiate the salary for the right candidate.

• Rest Days: You will have Sundays and all Singapore Public Holidays off to rest and recharge. Note: If we ever need your help on a Sunday or Public Holiday, we will always ask first and compensate you extra for the day.

• Time Home: 2 weeks of paid annual leave each year. We will fully cover your return plane ticket so you can visit your family back home.

• Your Space: You will have your own private helper’s room with an ensuite bathroom, a bed, and ample storage space. To be clear, this is not a bomb shelter but a helper room with a window. While it doesn't have air conditioning, a fan is provided.

• Start Date: We are ready to onboard the right person 30 days after an official offer is made.
