Family with 2 young kids and 2 cats looking for housekeeper

Require a helper to maintain a 3 storey house. 

Cooking and food prep is required and I can provide guidance and recipes to follow. 

 English language must be good.

We will be home most of the time but help is needed to watch the kids (3 and 6) when we are working. They go to full day school.

Looking for a good helper to manage household, cleaning, marketing groceries, food prep. One that have their own kids and taken care of young kids before with mature mindset.

Will have own small room with ceiling fan. 

2 off days a month, additional off days can be discussed but not promised. 

Bonus applicable at the end of 2 years dependent on performance.
