Filipina Transfer Helper – Warm Expat Family in Pasir Ris

We are a warm, organized Australian/ German family living in a condo in Pasir Ris. We have two independent, friendly children (a boy aged 7 and a girl aged 10) who attend international school. Mom works from home, and Dad works in an office.

• Essential Toiletries Included: Basic personal care supplies (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, sanitary items, etc.) provided monthly

Main Responsibilities

• Cooking & Baking: Preparing healthy family meals (Western), baking, following simple recipes in English, and managing weekly groceries/marketing.
• Child Care: Supporting daily routines for our school-aged kids (getting ready for school, preparing school lunchboxes, and engaging with them after school).
• Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean, organized home, managing laundry, and taking pride in keeping the household running smoothly.

Requirements

• Currently in Singapore on a Work Permit, eligible for a direct transfer in mid/late September 2026 (flexible, we can potentially do sooner, depending on your timeline).
• Fluent in spoken and written English (able to communicate easily with family/kids and read written recipes or lists).
• Experienced working with expat families in Singapore.
• Genuinely enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with school-aged children.
• Self-motivated, honest, organized, and capable of managing daily tasks independently.
• Able to provide a reference contact or written reference from your current or past expat employer
