French / Korean family, 8 months baby | Looking for helper

Dear future helper,

We are a French and South Korean family with an 8-month-old baby girl. We are looking for a helper who is experienced in caring for babies and who can become confident taking care of our loved little one independently while we are both at work. Good spoken English is a must, as it is the language we use to communicate at home and with you every day.

What matters to us:

• Proven experience caring for infants (feeding, bathing, nappy changes, sleep routines, playing and stimulation).• Kindness, patience and genuine affection for our daughter. • Strong awareness of safety and hygiene (sterilizing bottles, handwashing, baby-proofing, never leaving her unattended).• Willingness to follow our routines and our way of doing things, and to ask when unsure.• Good communication: keeping us updated during the day (meals, naps, mood) and telling us openly about any concern.• Honesty, reliability and respect for our family's privacy.• Basic first aid / infant CPR knowledge is a plus.

Other tasks:

Cooking (we love food), cleaning and general household chores. Caring for our baby always comes first.

What we offer:
