Full household + childcare support role for Family of 4

We are a family of 4 looking for a reliable, responsible and caring helper to join our household long-term.

Our Family

• Father and mother, both working full-time
• One toddler attending school
• One newborn baby

Main ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone who can independently manage the household, including:

• General cleaning, laundry, ironing and keeping the home organised
• Cleaning kitchen, bathrooms and common areas
• Washing and sterilising bottles
• Preparing breakfast and dinner, including simple meals for the children
• Grocery shopping, going to the market and managing household supplies
• Budgeting and keeping track of household purchases
• Organising children's clothes, bags and belongings

Childcare SupportChildcare will be shared between the helper and parents. The helper should be comfortable with newborn and toddler care, including:

• Feeding, bottle preparation and sterilisation
• Diaper changes and basic baby care
• Washing and organising baby clothes
• Helping with the baby's daily routine and looking after the baby when parents need assistance
• School pick-up when required

The parents will remain actively involved in childcare, but we need someone who is willing and able to step in when help is needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience caring for toddlers and/or newborns
• Patient, gentle and caring with children
• Experienced in household cleaning and chores
• Able to prepare simple, healthy family meals
• Organised, hygienic, responsible and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Comfortable with budgeting, grocery shopping and market trips
• Good communication and positive attitude
• Willing to learn and follow our family's routines
• Preferably looking for a long-term position
• Open to all nationalities; relevant experience is important
