Full-time live-in helper needed, Kallang, flexible start

We are a French-Lebanese expat family living in Kallang, Singapore. We are looking for a full-time live-in helper to join our home. Start date is flexible, we can wait for the right person.

Our householdTwo parents, two children (3-year-old and a 6-month-old baby) and a friendly cat. We speak French and English at home.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is great with children and enjoys playing with them (playgrounds, arts and crafts, outings)
• Is reliable, hardworking and proactive
• Can follow instructions and also work independently
• Uses initiative and has good judgment
• Enjoys cooking and managing household routines
• Is open to learning. We are happy to take the time to teach our recipes and how our home works
• Brings a positive and happy energy to the home

Main responsibilities:

• Get our 3-year-old ready in the mornings
• Drop off and pick up our 3-year-old from daycare (walking distance)
• Cook family meals (lunch and dinner)
• Manage daily household tasks: laundry, groceries, tidying and cleaning
• Keep the kitchen and fridge organised and follow food safety practices
• Occasional help with our 6-month-old baby
• Play and do activities with the children

Priorities:

1. Children
2. Cooking
3. Housework

On non-daycare days, the focus shifts to the children, with playdates, arts and crafts, playgrounds and other activities, and fewer household chores.

If you are motivated and willing to learn, we will take the time to train you.

What we offer:

• Salary from 600 to 850sgd per month, based on experience
