German+Singaporean Family Looking for Helper

We're a Singaporean+German family of 4, soon to be 5, as we are expecting a newborn in October.

REQUIREMENTS

Meals

- Able to prepare simple breakfast (boiled egg, sandwich) and only need to cook dinner on weekdays
-Must be able to follow recipes/youtube and have good food handling hygiene 

Cleaning
- House chores like dusting, vacumming, mopping, laundry and general cleaning
- Able to manage housework efficiently and effectively

Child Minding/ Pets
- Once a week we might need help with pick up girls from school and their bedtimes. Usually, we will be doing it ourselves 
- Must love kids, able to play, swim and interact well with our girls. 

-When newborn arrives, will work as a team with us on caring the baby.
-We have pets (1 small dog and cat). Just need to bring dog down every morning for 10 minutes 

Characters/ Profile
-Able to communicate well in English 
-Have experience with newborns and kids- need to have completed contracts in families with newborns and kids
-Able to navigate around Singapore independently (know how to take public transport, Grab taxis ...)
-Will be great if have an outgoing personality and able to set playdates for the girls occasionally
-Positive mindset and kind-hearted. We are a family that loves laughter and fun, so we hope you are too!

Package
-The playroom will be your room. The girls will not be in the playroom past 8pm so it will be all yours from then! Own bathroom in the yard or share the bathroom with the girls.
-Weekday starts at 6am till 9pm latest. If you are able to finish chores fast, feel free to take a break in between!
-When newborn comes, rest assured you will be given resonable time to rest to ensure you are not overworked.
