German + Singaporean family of 5 looking for helper

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 ABOUT US

We are a German-Singaporean family of five residing in Singapore.

• Two working parents
• Three children aged 7, 6, and 2
• One beloved cat
• All children attend school

Our current helper is transitioning to pursue a career in nursing. You will have the opportunity to speak with her directly to gain a better understanding of our family and daily routine 😊

🏡 JOB SCOPE 👶 Childcare

• Fetch children from school
• Take children to playdates and activities
• Engage and interact with our kids
• Experience with young children is required

🍳 Cooking

• Prepare weekday dinners
• Ability to follow recipes effectively
• Maintain good food hygiene and safety

🧹 Household

• Manage daily household chores independently
• Keep the home clean and organized
• Most groceries are ordered online (minimal shopping required)

⏰ WORKING HOURS

• Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Based on our current helper's experience, most work is usually completed by 8 PM, with a final check of the kitchen and living room around 9 PM.
• Flexible rest periods are available throughout the day when chores are completed.

🛏️ ACCOMMODATION

• You will have your own room with a proper bed (playroom)

🌟 REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a candidate who is:

• Experienced in childcare
• Independent and efficient in managing a household
• Able to cook and follow recipes well
• Comfortable navigating Singapore, including public transport or Grab
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Efficient, responsible, and caring
• Conscious of safety, particularly regarding road and water safety
• Mature in approach to phone usage

🌴 OFF DAYS & BENEFITS

• All Sundays off
• Public holidays off
• If assistance is needed on an off day:
  • You may choose extra pay or another day off
