Helper for 8 yr old son

Looking for a female domestic helper to do housework, cooking and take care of a 8yr old son (weekdays in school) in a centrally located 2 bedrooms flat. My requirements are as follows:

a) finished one contract as a domestic helper taking care of young kids in Singapore

b) don't mind sharing room with my son

c) no allergies, medical or health conditions

d) non-smoker/vaper

e) no dietary restrictions

f) below 35yrs old

g) 1.6m (5'3") or taller

h) can speak good English and fully understand what is written here.
