Singaporean family looking for helper

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Family Helper to assist a family of four, including two adults and two children aged 3 and 5. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate individual with experience in childcare and household management. The role demands a proactive approach to help the family maintain a smooth, supportive, and organized home environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide daily care and supervision for two young children, including activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development. - Assist with morning and bedtime routines, ensuring the children are ready for school and other activities on time. - Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children, being mindful of nutritional needs and any dietary restrictions. - Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home, including light housekeeping duties such as laundry, tidying up play areas, and organizing children’s rooms. - Facilitate engagement through educational games, outdoor play, and other enriching activities that enhance the children’s learning and social skills. - Manage children's schedules and assist with transportation to and from school, appointments, or extracurricular activities. - Provide assistance with grocery shopping and errands as needed. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a nanny, babysitter, or in a similar role with references. - Strong understanding of child development in various age stages. - Ability to cook basic and nutritious meals for children. - A patient and loving personality with a strong commitment to a child’s safety and well-being. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks seamlessly. - First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
