Helper needed for an elderly couple

I am helping to look for a domestic helper for an elderly couple who are still mobile. 

Helper must be Myanmar and Christian.

The elderly woman needs some help with bathing, and walking but otherwise, is fairly independent. The elderly man is independent. Appreciates a quiet, competent worker who can cook Asian or Chinese food. Household chores are simple.

Elderly couple is in a small landed property, one floor type.

English proficiency of helper has to be good, for effective communication. Helper should be independent and not requiring to be looked after.

If transfer maid or end of contract, helper should be available to begin work from 1 Aug or latest 7 Aug (as current helper's contract expires on 7 Aug 2024). If available earlier than 1 Aug, can still be worked out.
