Helper who loves children and organized

We're looking for someone who loves young children and can engage them. We are looking for someone whom we can trust to be the main carer of our children in the afternoon when we're at work. Our eldest goes to school in the morning, has naps at home and often has play dates nearby in the afternoon. We need someone who's clean, independent, organised and proactive to help do chores around the house. Lastly, we're not fussy eaters and we need someone to help cook once or twice a day.
