Helper with infant cafe experience

We are looking for a responsible and experienced helper to support us in caring for our 8 months old baby.

We are a respectful family looking for someone who is warm with babies, values hygiene, and is able to follow instructions carefully and consistently. Baby’s health and safety are our top priority.

✨ Requirements:

• Proven experience caring for infants (newborn/baby care preferred)

• Patient, gentle, and attentive — able to read baby cues and respond calmly

• Able to follow parents’ instructions diligently without shortcuts (feeding, hygiene, routines, health precautions)

• Strong hygiene standards — especially when baby is unwell or during viral seasons

• Honest communication and respectful attitude towards house rules and parenting boundaries

• Basic baby care skills: feeding, bathing, sterilising bottles, simple baby food prep, settling baby for naps

• Comfortable handling breastmilk and supporting breastfeeding routines

• Willing to do general house chores and simple cooking during times when baby care is not required

• Non-smoker, clean, organised, and trustworthy

🌿 Bonus:

• Experience with baby-led weaning (BLW)

• Familiar with gentle / respectful parenting approach
