Additional information/requirements    :    * Transfer helpers are strongly preferred* Must have prior experience taking care of children, ideally younger ones* We would love to be able to speak to past employers to get feedback 
* Comfortable with daily routines: school prep, meal prep, bath time, and bedtime.
* Able to plan and cook simple family meals, including healthy options for kids.* Must have energy, positivity and love for kids 
* Familiar with Singapore routines (MRT, markets, grocery delivery apps, condo facilities).* Need to be independent- we are both working full time so she needs to manage the household and kids schedule. She can see what needs to be done without waiting for instructions.* Trustworthy, honest, mature, responsible and kind (we treat her as equal part of the family)* Proactive communicator: updates employer on schedules, supplies, or issues before they escalate
