Helper Requirements

We are looking for a reliable, respectful, and experienced live-in domestic helper who excels in cooking, childcare, and maintaining high standards of housework.

Main Duties

1. Cooking

• Proficient in preparing family healthy meals suitable for kids, bonus if can cook Punjabi/North Indian cuisine

2. Childcare

• Responsible for the safe and patient care of young children
• Assist with meals, bathing, changing, school preparations, bedtime routines, and playtime
• Must exhibit kindness, calmness, alertness, and responsibility in the presence of children
• Commitment to no shouting, rough handling, or careless phone use while supervising children
• Able to follow parents’ guidelines on discipline and routines

3. Housework

• Demonstrates excellent cleaning standards
• Maintains a neat, hygienic, and organized home on a daily basis
• Responsible for sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen, laundry, ironing, changing bed linens, tidying toys, and organizing wardrobes
• Proudly proactive in identifying tasks that need to be completed
• Must handle clothes, furniture, appliances, and children’s belongings with care

4. Attitude

• Exhibits respectfulness, honesty, patience, and a strong work ethic
• Open to learning and accepting constructive feedback
• Follows household rules and instructions carefully
• Maintains a non-argumentative, polite, and cooperative demeanor
• Effective communication is essential; should inquire when uncertain instead of making assumptions
• Dependable and stable in temperament

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in Singapore
• Background in caring for young children
• Strong housekeeping experience within Singapore households
