Our profile and details: 🔎 Candidate Preferences:* Nationality: North East Indian or Filipino * Experience: Prior experience working in Singapore is preferred* Language: Decent English language skills to navigate Singapore independently

👨‍👩‍👦 Our Family Profile:* Indian couple with a 10-month-old baby and one friendly small dog (Shih Tzu).* Note: Grandmothers visit for 3-month stretches to help with the baby.

📋 Key Responsibilities:* Cooking: Veg household, eggs allowed. Independent and familiar with Indian cooking (North Indian preferred).* Childcare: Experience with babies. You will not be the primary caregiver, but we will need your help caring for the baby at times esp. as he gets older. * Pet Care: Feeding and daily walks for the dog.* Household Chores: Daily household management including mopping, sweeping, toilet cleaning (1-2 times a week) laundry and ironing (on need basis)* Kitchen Management: Tracking household inventory for ordering and managing the fridge to ensure zero food waste.

✨ What We Offer:* Salary: Attractive salary (depending on experience).* Fair Working Environment: We do not micromanage. As long as the assigned work is completed, you are free to follow your own schedule.* Rest Days: 4 Sundays off every month (we just request that the dog is walked in the morning before you leave for the day).* Leave & Bonuses: 15 days of leave and a 13th-month bonus at the end of each contract, plus bonuses on festivals and birthdays.* Living Expenses: Food and lodging are fully covered, along with enhanced insurance coverage.

Our current helper has been with us for 5.5 years. She is getting old now and unable to keep up with our growing family needs. Happy to give her reference for the new helper to reach out and understand about our household.
