Indian family looking for a caring helper

We are a family of three, consisting of two adults and a three-year-old child. We are seeking a helper who can engage with our daughter as if she were their own.

We prefer not to micromanage and anticipate that our helper will be independent and manage household tasks diligently. The primary responsibilities for the helper include childcare, cooking, housekeeping, school pick-ups and drop-offs when we are unavailable, among other duties.

We are looking for only direct applications, preferably from someone who is already in Singapore.
