Indian family of 3 looking for a helper

We are a family of three, consisting of two adults and a three-year-old child. We are seeking a caring helper who can engage with our daughter as if she were their own.

We prefer not to micromanage and anticipate that our helper will be independent and manage household tasks diligently. The primary responsibilities for the helper include childcare, cooking, housekeeping, school pick-ups and drop-offs when we are unavailable, among other duties.

We are looking for someone who aspires to a long-term position within our family. Therefore, we kindly request applications from candidates who have been with their previous employers for over three years.
