Indian family looking for English speaking helper

We are looking for an English helper for our below are our requirements

1. English speaking
2. Likes to play & read books to Kids
3. Does not spend time on Phone during working
4. Main duties will be cleaning, cooking, childcare and carwash
5. Preferably working experience with Indian Family in past ( Indian cooking knowledge is preferred)

Our Profile 

1. We're an Indian family of 3 - a couple and a 4 year old daughter (and maybe a newborn next year), staying in a condo unit.
2. We're non-vegetarian but mainly cook vegetarian and eggs at home. Non-vegetarian only once a week.
3. Separate helper room provided
4. All Sundays off and PH negotiable
